CRACKYL Magazine Summer Issue Coming Soon – See What’s In Store!

The inaugural issue of CRACKYL Magazine introduced firefighters across North America to a new kind of publication. By delving deep into their six pillars – finance, fitness and nutrition, health, lifestyle, relationships, and stress – they found representatives, health experts, and some amazing firefighters to help tell the story of health, lifestyle, and wellness for today’s fire service.

In the upcoming summer issue of CRACKYL, readers will get the chance to meet the very funny Steve Lemme, star of “Tacoma FD,” as well as up and coming country music sensation and firefighter Anthony Nix, plus a whole collection of long-time firefighters. Articles also describe an in-the-air rescue on a flight home from Cuba and provide advice on putting out financial flames, managing a two-income family, and landing your first mortgage. Because physical fitness is every bit as important as the financial kind, there are also articles on varied intensity training, blood flow restriction training, detoxing your diet, and using nature to deal with stress.
