The theme of the 2021 Safety Stand Down is "Rebuild Rehab." Departments are encouraged to suspend non-emergency activities that week to focus on training and education related to this year's theme.

Biking for First Responder’s Mental Health

Marc Warren will embark on a one-day, 100 percent human-powered bicycle ride through the 150-mile Great Allegheny Passage to raise awareness about the importance of firefighter/EMS behavioral health and raise funds for the NVFC's Share the Load program.
